FRIDAY 6/17
2 pm: Campers arrive Friday / hotel check-in
3-3:30 pm: Welcome at Double Eagle Fitness Center
4-5 pm: Double Eagle Indoor Pool Swim with Video and Coach Feedback
6 pm: Dinner at Double Eagle Restaurant (dinner included, no host bar)
SATURDAY 6/18
8 am: June Lake Beach Run workout and video.
10 am: June Lake Open Water Swim
12 pm: Lunch OYO (on your own)
2-3:30 pm: June Lake Beach Transition (T1 & T2) Set Up and Practice and Bike handling skills and etiquette
4:30 pm: Double Eagle Fitness Center strength and mobility session
6 pm: Dinner OYO
7 pm: Double Eagle Conference Room – Run gate and swim video analysis and Coach Q & A
SUNDAY 6/19
9 am: June Lake Beach – Bike Training Session / Ride
11:30 am: June Lake Beach – Camp Wrap-up with snacks and PowerBar Sport nutrition
