Saturday, May 3, 2025 – Pre-Race Party: Mid-Hudson Discovery Museum, Pavilion on the Hudson

  • 3:00-7:00 PM Athlete Check-In & Bib Pick Up
  • 3:00-6:00 PM Vendor Expo
  • 4:45 PM Pre-Race Speech
  • 5:00-7:00 PM Pasta Dinner catered by BLACKBARN Hudson Valley *
  • 6:00-7:00 PM Live Music from Nancy Donnelly Vocals
  • 7 PM Event Concludes

* The pasta dinner is included in registration costs for athletes. Athletes must RSVP when they register. Additional guests can pay $15 for dinner upon arrival at the Pre-Race Party.

Ample parking for the Pre-Race Party is available at the Mid-Hudson Discovery Lot, Waryas Park Lot, and the Metro-North T&E Parking Lot.

Sunday, May 4, 2025 – Walkway Over the Hudson

Marathon and Half Marathon athletes are welcome to park at the race site address below on Sunday. This parking lot is expected to be full at 6:30 AM, so all other distance athletes arriving after then are recommended to park in the additional parking lot at 3555 route 9W, with bus service to the race site running all day.

*All athletes checking in on race day must pick up race materials at least 30 minutes before their race begins.*

That was my first full Ironman. I would not have wanted the experience any other way. Thank you for your efforts in keeping a small town race and treating everyone there like they were family! It was awesome!

I love Alpha Win events

I love Alpha Win events because not only are the events fun and well mapped out, with multiple volunteers and police to assist you (so you are safe and know exactly where you are going) but also because the staff is exceptional!  They are so helpful and friendly! I participated in the Alpha Win Tri Camp, the Lake George Triathlon, and the Saugerties Triathlon and definitely plan on participating in the same events and attending more this year!  I highly recommend and can't even express my gratitude to all the people that make these events possible!

Great races with a personalized feel!

Last season I raced the Lake George 70.3 and the Saugerties Triathlon (Sprint), and each event was like racing with friends. The Alpha Win team recognized me, and welcomed and encouraged me before and throughout each race. As soon as I crossed the finish line in Lake George 2021, I made plans to enter for 2022 as my A-race for the season.
