The following timeline provides a brief overview of the weekend’s events at the Alpha Win Triathlon Series – Hudson Valley, New York. All times are subject to change.
Thursday, June 26, 2025 – The Waterside Spa at Diamond Mills (2 Ferry St, Saugerties, NY 12477)
• 7 am: Open Water Swim Clinic
• 7 – 8:30 am: Packet and Timing Chip Pick-Up for all distances*
Friday, June 27, 2025 – Race Site at Williams Lake
• 2 – 6 pm: Packet and Timing Chip Pick-Up for all distances*
• 3 – 4 pm: Athlete Meeting for all distance athletes
*It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that athletes pick up their packets on Thursday or Friday. Must have photo ID to pick up.
Saturday, June 28, 2025 – Race Site at Williams Lake
• 5 – 8:45 am: Additional Packet and Timing Chip Pick-up for all distance athletes
• 5 – 6:30 am: Bike and Gear Drop-Off for Alpha Long Course distance athletes
• 5 – 8:15 am: Bike and Gear Drop-Off for Alpha Sprint distance athletes
• 5:00 – 8:55 am: Bike and Gear Drop-Off for Alpha Olympic distance athletes
• 7:00 am – 4:00 pm: Alpha Win Fitness Expo
• 6:40 am: Transition area closed to Alpha Long Course distance athletes
• 6:50 am: Athlete meeting for Alpha Long Course distance athletes
• 7:00 am: Alpha Long Course race start
• 7:55 am: Transition area closed to Alpha Sprint distance athletes
• 8:05 am: Athlete meeting for Alpha Sprint distance athletes
• 8:15 am: Alpha Sprint Male race start
• 8:18 am: Alpha Sprint Female race start
• 8:23 am: Alpha Sprint Duathlon race start
• 8:40 am: Transition area closed to Alpha Olympic distance athletes
• 8:50 am: Athlete meeting for Alpha Olympic distance athletes
• 9:00 am: Alpha Olympic Male race start
• 9:03 am: Alpha Olympic Female race start
• 9:30 am: Newburgh Brewing Beer Garden opens (Athletes over 21 must have photo ID and bib to receive complimentary drink)
• 10:30 am: Alpha Sprint distance Awards Ceremony**
• 10:30 am – 11:30 am: Packet and timing chip pickup for Alpha Open distance athletes
• 11:00 am – 11:40 am: Bike and Gear Drop-Off for Alpha Open distance athletes
• 11:50 am: Athlete Meeting for Alpha Open distance athletes
• 12:00 pm: Alpha Open race starts
• 12:15 pm: Alpha Olympic distance Awards Ceremony**
• 1:00 pm: Alpha Open Awards Ceremony**
• 2 pm: Alpha Long Course distance Awards**
• 4 pm: Transition Area closes
**PLEASE NOTE: Athletes MUST be present at their Awards Ceremony to receive an award. Unclaimed awards may be shipped if request is made within two weeks after the event. Athlete is responsible for a $10 shipping and handling fee.
Non-binary athletes will start with the Female wave for all distances.
Parking Information
There is limited parking onsite at 424 Williams Lake Rd, Kingston, NY 12401 for athletes and their families and friends. For the safety of the athletes, no vehicles will be permitted to enter or exit the parking lot at the race site between 7 am and 12:30 pm on race day. If you arrive after 7 am or wish to leave prior to 12:30 pm, additional parking is available at the Binnewater Kiln Parking Lot, less than 1 mile from the race site on the west side of Binnewater Rd, just south of Iron Mountain. It is an easy walk or ride to the race site. There will be no shuttle service.
Important notice to all participants:
The race site is private property and will be closed ahead of the event. Participants will only be allowed access to the race site from 2 to 6 pm on Friday for Packet Pick-Up and from 5 am to 4 pm on race day Saturday. Participants will not have access to the race site outside of these times to preview the site or complete a practice swim.
