Friday, March 28, 2025 – Race Site at Carney Island Recreation and Conservation Area

• 2 – 6 pm: Packet and Timing Chip Pick-Up for all distances*
• 3 – 4 pm: Athlete Meeting for all athletes

 

*It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that all distance athletes pick up their packets on Friday

  • 5:30-8:55 am: Additional Packet and Timing Chip Pick-Up for all athletes
  • 5:30-7:00 am: Bike and Gear Drop-Off for Alpha Long Course distance athletes
  • 5:30-8:20 am: Bike and Gear Drop-Off for Alpha Sprint distance athletes
  • 5:30-8:55 am: Bike and Gear Drop-Off for Alpha Olympic distance athletes
  • 7 am-5 pm: Alpha Win Fitness Expo
  • 7:10 am: Transition area closed to Alpha Long Course distance athletes
  • 7:30 am: Alpha Long Course start
  • 8:50 am: Transition area closed to Alpha Sprint athletes
  • 9:10 am: Alpha Sprint male wave start
  • 9:13 am: Alpha Sprint female wave start
  • 9:18 am: Alpha Sprint Duathlon start
  • 9:25 am: Transition area closed to Alpha Olympic athletes
  • 9:45 am: Alpha Olympic male wave start
  • 9:48 am: Alpha Win female wave start
  • 12:00 pm: Alpha Sprint Awards Ceremony**
  • 1:45 pm: Alpha Olympic Awards Ceremony**
  • 3:00 pm: Alpha Long Course Awards Ceremony**
  • 5:00 pm: Transition area closed and clear of all bikes

*It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that all athletes pick up their packets on Friday.

**PLEASE NOTE: Athletes MUST be present at their Awards Ceremony to receive an award. Unclaimed awards may be shipped if request is made within two weeks after the event. Athlete is responsible for a $10 shipping and handling fee.

I love Alpha Win events

I love Alpha Win events because not only are the events fun and well mapped out, with multiple volunteers and police to assist you (so you are safe and know exactly where you are going) but also because the staff is exceptional!  They are so helpful and friendly! I participated in the Alpha Win Tri Camp, the Lake George Triathlon, and the Saugerties Triathlon and definitely plan on participating in the same events and attending more this year!  I highly recommend and can't even express my gratitude to all the people that make these events possible!

Great races with a personalized feel!

Last season I raced the Lake George 70.3 and the Saugerties Triathlon (Sprint), and each event was like racing with friends. The Alpha Win team recognized me, and welcomed and encouraged me before and throughout each race. I often struggle to control my race day nerves but these races felt different - they were fun while still being challenging. As soon as I crossed the finish line in Lake George 2021, I made plans to enter for 2022 as my A-race for the season. I can't say enough good things about Alpha Win - I'm looking forward to another great race season!

The Alpha Win team recognized me, and welcomed and encouraged me before and throughout each race.
