Refund Policy
Entry fees for all Alpha Win races are non-refundable.
Transfers & Deferrals
Athletes may request to transfer to a different Alpha Win race currently accepting registrations within a 12-month period for a $25 fee. Cancellations declared 3 days or more prior to the original event are eligible for this deferment. Cancellations after that deadline are ineligible for credit, and deferment requests made after this deadline will not be approved.
Athletes may request to defer their entry a second and final time to the following year for a $50 deferment fee. Transfers to sold-out events are not permitted.
Restrictions
Triathlon entries can be transferred only to other triathlons
Only Half and Full Marathon entries are eligible for deferment to another Half or Full Marathon event
Third-time deferment requests will not be approved
