Terms and Conditions

By registering for an Alpha Win Racing event you accept all of the terms below. These agreements are also presented during the registration checkout flow and must be accepted before payment is processed.


Registration Terms

GenZHomes Inc. dba Alpha Win will only consider Vendor/Exhibitor Applications that are signed and accompanied by a deposit of $350.00. This deposit is refundable only if Alpha Win rejects your application or changes the event date and you are unable to attend.

By submitting an application, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable business license, permit, and fee requirements from state, local, or other government authorities and venue-specific entities.

  • Obtain prior approval from Alpha Win for any activities, sales, or give-aways conducted at the event. If approved to sell products or services, you must meet all applicable permit, registration, and sales-tax requirements.

  • Provide a certificate of insurance showing: (a) general liability coverage of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate, naming GenZHomes Inc., 319 Main Street, Saugerties, NY 12477 as an Additional Insured; (b) Workers' Compensation and Employer's Liability coverage of not less than $1,000,000; and (c) evidence of compliance with all permit and registration requirements.

Alpha Win reserves the right to accept or reject any application and to relocate booth assignments at its sole discretion. Space may not be assigned, sublet, or shared. Vendors are solely responsible for the safety and security of their property. Exhibits must be fully set up before the published setup deadline and fully removed before the published breakdown deadline. This Agreement shall be construed under the laws of the State of New York.


Photograph & Video Release

By participating in an Alpha Win Racing event, you grant GenZHomes Inc. dba Alpha Win an irrevocable, royalty-free license to use your image, likeness, and voice — as captured in photographs, audio recordings, or video — for any purpose, including advertising, website content, email, social media, press releases, and event displays. This release is unlimited in time and geography. You waive all rights of publicity and privacy and any right to royalties or other compensation arising from such use. You also acknowledge that third parties may use or reproduce such materials with or without Alpha Win's consent.


USAT Membership Agreement

WARNING: READ CAREFULLY. THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND WAIVER OF LEGAL RIGHTS.

In consideration of USA Triathlon ("USAT") allowing participation in any USAT-sanctioned event, participants agree to the following:

  1. Physical Health. Participant represents that they are in good health, in proper physical condition to participate, and not under the influence of alcohol or any impairing substance.

  2. Compliance. Participant agrees to comply with the USAT Code of Conduct and all applicable USAT policies and procedures, including U.S. Center for SafeSport policies.

  3. Assumption of Risk. Participant acknowledges that triathlon, duathlon, and multi-sport events are inherently dangerous and involve risks including serious bodily injury, permanent disability, paralysis, and death. Risks may arise from participant's own actions, the actions of others, adverse weather, imperfect course conditions, equipment failure, and other factors. Participant expressly assumes all such risks.

  4. Consent to Medical Care. Participant consents to emergency medical treatment and agrees to pay all costs associated with such care.

  5. Rules Compliance. Participant agrees to abide by all USAT Competitive Rules, anti-doping rules (ITU, USADA), and event regulations, and consents to drug testing.

  6. Release from Liability. Participant releases, waives, and covenants not to sue — and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless — USAT, ITU, event owners, organizers, promoters, race directors, sponsors, host cities, USOPC, venues, law enforcement agencies, and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, and volunteers ("Released Parties") from any liability arising out of participation in the event, including claims caused by the negligence of the Released Parties.

  7. Data Authorization. Participant grants the Event Organizers a license to collect, record, and use personal data provided during registration for any lawful purpose.

  8. Arbitration. Any dispute shall be settled by arbitration administered by the Court of Arbitration for Sport, with hearings held in Colorado Springs, Colorado (unless both parties agree otherwise). The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.

If the participant is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must also accept this agreement during checkout. The parent/guardian agrees on behalf of the minor to all terms above and releases the Released Parties from any and all claims for personal injury, disability, death, or property damage.


USATF Membership Agreement

In consideration of USA Track & Field, Inc. ("USATF") allowing participation in USATF-sanctioned events, participants agree to the following:

  1. Participant is at least 18 years of age (or, for minors, the parent/guardian accepts on their behalf), is in good physical health, and is not under the influence of any impairing substance.

  2. Participation in track & field, road running, race walking, cross country, mountain, ultra, and trail running events is inherently dangerous and involves risks including serious bodily injury, permanent disability, paralysis, death, property loss, adverse weather, equipment failure, and other unforeseen risks. Participant expressly assumes all such risks.

  3. Participant agrees to abide by all USATF Bylaws, Operating Regulations, and Competition Rules and accepts sole responsibility for their own conduct and equipment.

  4. Participant releases, waives, and covenants not to sue — and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless — USATF, its Associations and Sport Disciplines, event organizers, directors, promoters, sponsors, venue and property owners, law enforcement agencies, and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, and volunteers ("Released Parties") from any liability arising out of participation, including claims caused by the negligence of the Released Parties.

For minor participants, the parent or legal guardian accepts all terms above on behalf of the minor, assumes all associated risks, and releases the Released Parties from any and all claims for injury, death, or property damage.



Assumption of Risk — Speed Contest (New York)

Participation in this speed contest constitutes an extreme test of physical and mental abilities and carries the potential for death, serious injury, and/or property loss. Participant expressly assumes all risk of injury and damage and releases the State of New York, the New York State Department of Transportation, and any municipality through which the event passes from all liability and claims arising from participation. Participant acknowledges that no person or entity shall have the right to bring an action against the State or municipality for damages resulting from or connected with any such race, contest, or exhibition.
