The following timeline provides a brief overview of the week’s events at the Alpha Win – Lake George, New York. All times are subject to change.

Thursday, August 28, 2025 – Sunrise Cafe, 8 Sagamore Road, Bolton Landing, NY
• 9 am-5 pm: Packet pickup at the Sunrise Cafe in Bolton Landing for all distances.

Friday, August 29, 2025 – Barnsider Smokehouse BBQ,  2112 US-9, Lake George, NY 12845
• 2 – 6 pm: Packet and Timing Chip Pick-Up for all distances* at Barnsider Smokehouse BBQ
• 3 – 4 pm: Athlete Meeting for all distances

*It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that Long Course Distance athletes pick up their packets on Friday

Saturday, August 30, 2025 – Million Dollar Beach, Beach Rd, Lake George, NY
• 5 – 6:30 am: Additional Packet and Timing Chip Pick-Up for Long Course athletes
• 5 – 6:30 am: Bike and Gear Drop-Off for Long Course distance athletes
• 6 am – 4 pm: Alpha Win Fitness Expo
• 6:40 am: Transition area closed for all athletes
• 6:50 am: Long Course Distance athlete pre-race meeting on the beach
• 7 am: Long Course male wave start
• 7:03 am: Long Course female wave start
• 12:00 – 2:00 pm: Long Course distance athletes and volunteer lunch
• 2 pm: Long Course distance Awards**
• 2 – 6 pm: Packet and Timing Chip Pick-Up for Sprint and Olympic distance athletes at Lake George Battleground State Campground

• 6:15 pm: Dinner and festivities on the Lake George Steamboat (Must sign up online)

**PLEASE NOTE: Athletes MUST be present at their Awards Ceremony to receive an award. Unclaimed awards may be shipped if the request is made within two weeks after the event. The athlete is responsible for a $10 shipping and handling fee.

I love Alpha Win events

I love Alpha Win events because not only are the events fun and well mapped out, with multiple volunteers and police to assist you (so you are safe and know exactly where you are going) but also because the staff is exceptional!  They are so helpful and friendly! I participated in the Alpha Win Tri Camp, the Lake George Triathlon, and the Saugerties Triathlon and definitely plan on participating in the same events and attending more this year!  I highly recommend and can't even express my gratitude to all the people that make these events possible!

Great races with a personalized feel!

Last season I raced the Lake George 70.3 and the Saugerties Triathlon (Sprint), and each event was like racing with friends. The Alpha Win team recognized me, and welcomed and encouraged me before and throughout each race. As soon as I crossed the finish line in Lake George 2021, I made plans to enter for 2022 as my A-race for the season.
